Backstory: 

Osborne was born on May 15th, 1994 in a hospital in Detroit to Jennifer and Douglas Jones. During his childhood, his father was never around because he was apart of a 1% motorcycle club. He was always getting wrapped up with law enforcement and when he wasn't doing that, he was doing mischievous tasks with his MC buddies. His mother was too busy to look after him because she was always working, picking up the loose slack Douglas was failing to pick up. During his teens, Osborne starting hanging out with the wrong crowd, getting into petty crime as well as drugs since it was easy to come a crossed. When he was 17, he was caught robbing a connivence store high off of cocaine. Seeing his mother sob as he was getting bailed out, he had an epiphany and decided to turn his life around. He ditched the life he was living, leaving his vices behind.

Once he was clean, he decided to make a bigger step in the right direction and enlisted in the Army as a Military Police Officer (31B). During his 4 year contract, Ozzy decided to attend online classes to properly get a degree in Law Enforcement to continue a career outside of the Armed Forces. After his short stint in the Army, he returned to Detroit to hopefully find a job as well as help his mother with the countless late bills she had. Once in Detroit, he found out that his father had cleaned up his act, returning back home to pick of the slack he neglected over the years. Shortly after returning, his parents were murdered by the people his father used to run with. He was accused of owning them money which was just a cop out to "bleed him out" for turning his back. His mother was a witness to it all so they took her life as well.

Heartbroken and feeling lost, Osborne sold everything he had after the funerals and ventured the country, eventually landing in the beautiful state of New Malverne. Once settled in, he applied to the local Sheriffs Office as well as doing short time jobs to obtain money while waiting for a response. Eventually, he was hired in and he started making a decent career for himself. After finishing his contingent phase, he went into investigations where he eventually became the lead investigator. Shortly after getting that position, one of his supervisors was killed in the line of duty. Unable to find a healthy way to cope with the lose, he turned to alcohol, fueling a deep craving he was able to resist for years. Even after becoming an accomplished businessman, he was drowning his nights away in silence. 

After keeping this activity up for a few months, Osborne decided that he needed a change in life again, wanting to get away from the stresses that his line of work gave him. He went into therapy and pushed forward a letter of retirement to his supervisors. But a few days before his retirement, he was arrested off duty for a nonviolent felony. He continued to run his business and Therapy for months afterwards but realized he missed the adrenaline he experienced as an LEO. This bridged his way into racing cars he marveled at for years as well as plunging him into the Underworld.

He spent the next five years pushing cars to the limit as well as helping his newfound family push illegal guns into the streets of El Reno, subsequently pushing out the competition and establishing a long lasting foothold in the cities underground. After years of countless gun deals, races, dances around sobriety, and finding the love of his life, he made the decision to retire from the underworld, finding enjoyment in a slower life with his partner and the remnants of his family. He now spends his days working in his friends shop as well as going on less action packed adventures.
