Due to extensive time in the military and away from home close relatives have since passed. Friends fell out of touch. Not involved with distant relatives

Backstory: Michael Stallings graduated and went straight into the military as a paratrooper. Multiple deployments were made to Iraq and Afghanistan. Some other short deployments were also made to Bosnia and Ukraine. Due to social experiments in being conducted in the military and the military evolving into a toxic environment, Mr. Stallings was preparing to be discharged. During his last assignment, his teammates got into an altercation with another group of men in a bar in Vice City.  During the altercation Mr. Stallings intervened and three of the four male subjects went to the hospital for internal injuries. Subsequently one subject passed away from those injuries. Although local law enforcement could not establish enough evidence to prosecute Mr. Stallings, he was inevitably dishonorably discharged from the Army. With a plagued background and no skills other than for violence, Mr. Stallings used the last of his money to purchase a ticket to El reno in hopes of making a new start to his life.
