Backstory: Originally from a small town in North Dakota, Hailey was raised into a military family, which helped her develop a sense of patriotism and build a strong work ethic. After she graduated high school at the top of her class, she enlisted in the US Air Force at 17. However, she knew she wanted more, so she went through the Special Warfare Candidate Course and passed, moving through the training pipeline to be a TACP. After she completed her training, she operated with several different AFSOC units for the next four years. Nearing the end of her active duty contract, she struggled on whether to extend or retire, when she started to hear about issues within law enforcement and their interactions with the community. After this prompt, she ended her contract with the Air Force and moved to New Malverne to become a Police Officer.
